Ramadan & Eid

Lanterns, crescents and fairy lights

Free · 3 designs a day

Ramadan & Eid is one of Renova's 15 occasion themes. Upload a photo of your room, house or garden, and it decorates that same space for Ramadan and Eid: fanous lanterns, crescent moon and star ornaments, warm fairy lights and a tray of dates, in the glow of the evening. It is for anyone planning decorations before the month begins.

How it works

  1. Upload a photo of your room, house or garden
  2. See the result, then save it or keep going

What it is good for

Use it in the weeks before Ramadan, while you plan how your home will look when family and friends come for iftar, and again before Eid, when guests visit. It shows where the lanterns could stand, how fairy lights look along a window or a balcony railing, and where a tray of dates could go. Try the living room, the dining room, the front door and the garden to compare them, and send the pictures to whoever is decorating with you.

Tips for the photo

Photograph the place where you gather: the living room, the table where you break the fast, the entrance or the garden. Stand in a corner at chest height, hold the phone level and include a window, some floor and the table or a sideboard, where lanterns and dates can go. Clear away bags, laundry and cables first: what is in the photo stays in the result. Daylight and lamplight both work, because the design shows the space in the evening glow.

What it does not do

Each result is an idea shown as a picture. It keeps your furniture, walls, floor, windows, doors, plants and camera angle, and adds only what could be put up for the month and taken down after, though small details may shift. It leaves out written words and calligraphy, so it adds no greetings or signs. It does not measure your windows or order decorations.

Questions and answers

Is it free to try?

Yes. The free plan gives you 3 designs a day, with a watermark, and each decorated photo counts as one. Pro raises that to 50 designs a day and removes the watermark.

Can it add a greeting such as Ramadan Kareem or Eid Mubarak?

No. The theme leaves out written words and letters, so it adds no greetings, calligraphy or signs. Use the picture for the look, and add your own banner once you know where it goes.

Does it work for the outside of a house?

Yes. Upload a photo of your front door, porch, balcony or garden, and it decorates the space outdoors in the same spirit, keeping the walls, doors, windows and plants as they are.

Can I choose the colors or the lanterns?

Not in this theme: Ramadan & Eid has no options, so each design picks its own lanterns, lights and colors. Make it again from the same photo to see another arrangement.
